- good for diseases of the chest or lungs.
Pills
- medicinal materials held together in dry or wet form by their own or added properties. Medicine which is intended to act quickly should not be made into pill form.
Powders
- preparations in the form of fine particles.
Principle - an ingredient (such as a chemical) that exhibits or imparts a characteristic quality.
Psoriasis
- a skin disorder of unknown cause which is more annoying than dangerous. For this and similar skin irritations and eruptions, a number of plants have been used in American herbal medicine.
Purgatives
- generally synonymous with cathartics.
Papaya - a world class meat tenderizer, natural digestive aid, prevents ulcers, and also a soft contact lense cleaner.
